AVAILABILITY

We will always endeavor to meet the current demand for any product however Items may need to be substituted due to availability or if perishable. Chocolates can not be shipped during warm weather (May - September) and we will substitute other items in place of chocolates. We guarantee substitutes will be of equal or greater value.

LOCAL DELIVERY CHARGES

If local delivery is desired, please call or contact us at 302 437-4232 or Katrina@NaomisCreations.com. Local delivery is during regular business hours Monday thru Friday, except in unusual circumstances like a back ordered item. Saturday, weekend, or evening deliveries can be made for a small additional fee. Delivery fees are discussed at the time of the order, and start at $5.00 per location. We request that you supply us with a contact number for any residential delivery and we will make every effort to insure that your gift is delivered personally. If that is not possible, please discuss other arrangements. Re-routing fees will also be charged for incorrect addresses supplied.

Shipping
Gift baskets will be shipped on the next business day, Monday through Friday. DHL Ground delivery service will be used unless otherwise specified. DHL Ground service does not guarantee delivery times to residential destinations; allow 1-6 business days for arrival. Please allow extra time when ordering during holidays. To insure delivery by Christmas, please order no later than December 10.

For faster delivery with guaranteed delivery times, use 2-Day Air or Overnight Air Express. If this service is desired, please call 302-322-9708, or email us at Info@NaomisCreations.com for a quote. Saturday and Sunday is not counted when calculating the number of days a parcel will spend in transit. All shipping costs shown are from destinations in the continental United States only.

In the event we are out of stock on a particular item, Naomi's Creations reserves the right to substitute product of equal or greater value at no extra charge.

All ground shipping charges are shown after your item is added to the shopping cart and is calculated by weight, and size of the gift, and distance it will travel. Oversized boxes will incur an additional charge.

A duplicate delivery charge is in agreement should the wrong recipient address by given.

RETURN POLICY

We will make every attempt to resolve customer satisfaction issues in a timely manner. All sales are final. If the gift is lost, damaged or returned to us we will credit the cost of the gift, minus the shipping charges and sales taxes if applicable. Reports of any damages must be made within 2 business days of receipt of gift. Due to the perishable nature of gourmet foods in our baskets, RETURNS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED.

All personal information that is collected will be kept private, and will not be sold or shared, with any other parties except as needed to process your credit card transaction and deliver the product to you.

SECURITY/PAYMENT

On-line transactions are processed by PayPal - the largest on-line payment processor. We use PayPal's services to assure you that your credit card information is being handled with the latest and most extensive security precautions available. You do NOT need to establish a Paypal account to purchase your gift basket. IF you do choose to set up an account with Paypal, your future purchases will not require you to type in all of your Billing Address and credit card information again, but the choice is yours! Paypal accepts, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
